This mixed berry yogurt parfait is a great way to start your morning or to have in the afternoon.
It’s a simple recipe that takes just minutes to make and consists of Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, honey, and fresh mixed berries.

What You Need for One Yogurt Parfait

- Greek Yogurt – 8 oz Greek yogurt (plain, not flavored), about 1 cup. Pick a high-quality Greek yogurt.
- Granola – 1/3 cup granola. I picked berry granola for this as it works really well in this parfait.
- Fresh Berries – 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries, fresh blueberries, and sliced or chopped fresh strawberries.
- Honey – 1/2 tbsp honey, or to taste.
- Orange – a pinch of orange zest, optional.
Just 2 Steps to Make It
Mix the yogurt with the honey and, optionally, orange zest. Start with 1/2 tbsp of honey, and then add more if you want (to your preference).

Layer the parfait:
- Half the yogurt
- Half the berries
- Half the granola
- Remaining yogurt
- Remaining berries
- Remaining granola

Make-Ahead: If you’re making this ahead, I recommend keeping the granola separate and adding it on top before serving so that it’s still crunchy.
