Coffee Smoothie with Cacao and Cinnamon

This tasty coffee smoothie will wake up your senses and is the perfect treat for coffee lovers.

Coffee Smoothie with Cacao and Cinnamon

With such delicious ingredients like cold brew coffee, banana, cacao, cinnamon, and oat milk, what is there not to like?

Ingredients

This smoothie is so easy to make! You just need the following ingredients.

  • Banana – 2 bananas, frozen
  • Cold Brew Coffee – 1 cup (240 ml)
  • Oat Milk – 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • Cacao – 1 tsp cacao powder
  • Cinnamon – a pinch of cinnamon

I like to have frozen bananas in the fridge at all times, so I can quickly whip out some smoothies. If you’re just freezing them in preparation for this smoothie, allow at least 2 hours of time for the bananas to freeze.

You can also use fresh bananas, and add ice at the end, although that will dilute the flavor a touch.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 – Add all your ingredients to a blender or food processor.

If you have a countertop blender like ours, add the frozen bananas last. For a personal blender where the blade is inverted, add the frozen ingredients in first so that they’re away from the blade.

Step 2 – Blend on high for about one minute or use your blender’s preset smoothie function/button (if it has one).

If using fresh bananas instead of frozen bananas, then add a cup of ice and blend.

Enjoy it while cold.
