Ingredients
Here is what you need for one fig & yogurt parfait:

- Greek Yogurt – 8 oz Greek yogurt (plain, not flavored), about 1 cup. Make sure to pick a high-quality Greek yogurt, as this is key in a parfait! I like Fage as a brand that’s accessible in many countries. Pick a 5% or 10% yogurt (not a 0% one).
- Fresh Figs – 3 fresh figs, sliced or chopped
- Granola – 1/3 cup granola
- Honey – 1/2 tbsp honey, or to taste
- Orange – 1/2 tsp orange zest
How to Make the Parfait in Under 5 Minutes
Step 1. Mix the yogurt with honey and orange zest.

Step 2. Layer the yogurt parfait in this order:
- Half the yogurt
- Half the sliced or chopped fresh figs
- Half the granola
- The remaining yogurt
- The remaining figs
- The remaining granola

Make-Ahead Note: If you’re making this ahead, I recommend keeping the granola separate and adding it on top just before serving so that it still has its crunch.
