What You Need for This Parfait
Here is what you need for a peanut butter banana yogurt parfait.

- Greek Yogurt – 8 oz Greek yogurt (plain, not flavored), about 1 cup. Pick a high-quality Greek yogurt, as this is the most important ingredient in a parfait!
- Honey – 1 tbsp honey, or to taste
- Granola – 1/3 cup granola
- Banana – 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
- Peanut Butter – 2 tbsp crunchy or creamy peanut butter. You can also substitute with other nut butters you prefer such as cashew or almond butter.
Just 2 Easy Steps to Make It
Step 1. Mix the honey with the yogurt.
Note: Taste the yogurt before you add honey. If you’ve accidentally bought sweetened or flavored yogurt rather than plain, adding honey would make it too sweet.

Step 2. Layer the parfait.
- Half the yogurt
- Half the banana slices & half the peanut butter
- Half the granola (unless making the parfait ahead of time; see note below)
- Remaining yogurt
- Remaining banana slices and peanut butter
- Remaining granola
Note: If making the parfait ahead of time, leave the granola aside and only layer the yogurt, fruit, and nut butter. Then, add the granola on top, just before serving.
You can still put the granola in if making ahead of time but it will soften and be more reminiscent of overnight oats. If you want the crunch of the granola, definitely only add it just before eating the parfait.
