This smoothie is delicious but so easy to make with only 3 ingredients and a blender!

Ingredients
All you need for this pineapple melon coconut smoothie are the following ingredients.
- Pineapple – 2 cups (250 grams), frozen
- Melon – 1 and 1/2 cups (250 grams)
- Coconut Milk – 1/2 cup (120 ml)
- Coconut Water – 3/4 cup (180 ml)

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 – Add all the ingredients to your blender or food processor. Remember to add the liquid ingredients closer to the blade and the frozen ingredients further away from the blender blade.

Step 2 – With the ingredients in your blender or food processor, proceed to give them a good blend. We blend the mixture for up to a minute, but will also sometimes use the preset smoothie setting on the Vitamix.

Be sure to double-check your machine’s preferences for the best results. As the pineapple used in this recipe is frozen, you may need to help them along, depending on how powerful your blades are. The Vitamix, for example, comes with a tamper that you can use to get things moving.
