Yogurt Parfait with Mango, Pineapple, and Granola

Ingredients

The ingredients per yogurt parfait are as follows:

  • Greek Yogurt – 8 oz Greek yogurt (plain, not flavored), about 1 cup
  • Honey – 2 tsp honey, or to taste
  • Fresh Mango – 1/4 cup diced fresh mango
  • Fresh Pineapple – 1/4 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • Granola – 1/3 cup granola

How to Make It

Cut the mango and pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Mix the yogurt with half the honey. Finally, layer

  1. Half the yogurt
  2. Half the diced mango and pineapple
  3. Half the granola
  4. The remaining yogurt
  5. The remaining fruit
  6. The remaining granola
  7. Drizzle the remaining honey that didn’t get mixed with the yogurt.
